With over 40 years of first-hand childcare experience and holding an NNEB, Mrs Hayes has been with Smart Kids for 25 years, and has overseen the development of the nursery as Practice Manager/Managing Director for 21 years.
Mrs Hayes is passionate for the outstanding care of children, and ensures that all members of staff have access to regular training courses to develop new, and improve their existing personal skills that leads to even higher quality teaching.
