This week, our Pre-School was visited by a member of the Armed Forces, Mr Harness, to learn more about why we celebrate and recognise the time of the year around what is known as Remembrance Sunday.
The children were able to discover the different types of medals that members of the Armed Forces can receive.
They also tried on the official army beret, as well as some camouflage uniform and even a helmet and backpack. They were all set to help our fantastic troops in the field!
